This year the admissions to UG courses at participating institutes shall be organized by NUSLR, Ranchi via CLAT Centralised Online Counselling after the declaration of CLAT 2021 Result.

A total of 22 NLUs and 47 other private Institutes are participating in CLAT Counselling 2020. The counselling will comprises of total three seat allotments and students will be called accordingly.

After the payment of the counselling fees, candidates will have exercise any one of the following options:

(i) Candidates can simply not deposit the Counselling Fees. This will automatically drop their names from the merit list.

(ii) Or else candidates can choose an option “Withdrawal” before final seat allotment list i.e. during the 4th round of CLAT Counselling.

CLAT Fees Refund Policy : All those candidates who will opt out of the counselling process at any stage or who have been allocated a seat in a particular NLU, but did not join the institute will be refunded Rs. 40,000. In both these cases, the Consortium of National Law Universities will deduct Rs. 10,000/- as a processing fee. However, if a candidate exercises withdrawal after the specified time period then the whole amount will be fortified.
