The Supreme Court on October 12, 2020, directed the NTA to declare the NEET 2020 results on October 16, 2020. The court also said that the candidates who could not appear for the examination on September 13 because of Covid-19 (either tested positive or were stuck in containment zone) will be provided a chance to take the examination on October 14, 2020. NEET 2020 examination was conducted on September 13, 2020 amidst the pandemic. It was postponed twice this year, due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
