  • Photo must be taken on or after 01.09.2019 with clearly indicating name of the candidate along with the date of taking photo.
  • Spectacles are allowed only if being used regularly.
  • Polaroid and Computer-generated photos are not acceptable.
  • Applications not complying with these instructions or with unclear photographs are liable to be rejected.
  • Application without photographs shall be rejected.
  • In case of unclear or hand-made or computer made photo, the application form will be rejected.
