- F.M. Lazarenko established Orenburg State Medical University as Chkalov Medical Institute in August 1944. The Institute was renamed ‘The Orenburg State Medical University’ on July 15, 1994, following a resolution by Russia’s State Committee on Higher Education. - Completion of 10th + 2 education or equivalent with a minimum of 50% in aggregate and not less than 50% in each of the areas of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
- From 2019 it is mandatory to pass the NEET exam in order to study in any country abroad .
- Students must have finished a regular board or university's 10th +2 or equivalent.
- "O" & "A" Level Certificate ( i.e Marksheet, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate.)
- If English is not taken at the 'A' level, at least 50% in English at the 'O' level or equivalent examination is required.
- In India, there are no entrance exams such as IELTS or SAT. NEET certification is required.
- The student must be at least 17 years old on December 31st of the year in which admission is sought.
- Candidates applying for medical courses must satisfy all of the qualifications outlined in the Medical Council of India's rules (MCI).
