Online All India Quota UG Counselling 2020-
- Round 1 : Candidates have to register and login on the official website of MCC- mcc.nic.in. Candidates have to fill the details they provided on the Application Form. On completing the registration process, a unique User ID & Password will be generated and sent to the candidate’s registered email ID and mobile number. Candidates must remember this password otherwise they will not be able to participate in the counselling procedure.
- Candidates need to use these credentials to register for NEET Counselling. After login, candidates will be redirected to a page where they will have to verify all their information and then click on ‘Confirm Registration’. Candidates must save the registration slip that will be generated.
- Now candidates will be required to pay a *Non- Refundable or Refundable Counselling Fees. Fees can be paid through online mode like Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

- In this step, candidates have to fill their preferences. Candidates must know that their merit is also considered while allotting the colleges and courses. Candidates can arrange their choices in order of preference. Candidates have to click on ‘Save’ button to lock their filled choices. Without the locking, the choice will not be saved. So, candidates are advised not to forget to lock. Candidates must also remember that changes are not allowed after locking, so they are advised to be careful.
- Candidates should take a printout of the locked choices which will include locking date and time, IP Address of computer and system generated Unique ID.
- Then within a few days,the seat allotment is declared by the MCC. It is released in the form of list. Candidates also receive a SMS or email regarding allotment of course & college. The seats are allotted as per the candidate’s preferences and merit list. Selected candidates also receive counselling letter.
- Candidates then have to report at the allotted colleges on the given time and date to confirm the seat. Candidates will have to reach the centre along with documents required for the verification. Candidates are required to pay the initial fee to confirm the seat and should complete the admission formalities. Candidates also have to carry the hard copy of the counselling letter.In case the candidate fails to do so within the given time period, then the seat will be transferred to the next candidate. (free entry/exit option available)
- Round 2 : If a candidate is still not satisfied with the allotted seat or is not selected in the first round, they can proceed for the second round of counselling.
- New candidates applying for the 2nd Round Counselling are required to register and pay the counselling fee the same as round one. Candidates registered in Round-1 need not to be register or pay again. However, Choices submitted in Round-1 will be treated as null and void. Fresh Choices submission for seat allotment in 2nd Round is mandatory. (exit with forfeiture of security amount option available)
- After the result of Round 2 is declared, selected candidates need to report to the allotted colleges on the given time and date along with the required documents and complete the admission formalities. Candidates who have joined the seat in the 2nd Round of All India Quota Counselling will not be allowed to resign/leave the seat.
