Round 1 MCC Result Decleared

Currently, Round 1 of NEET UG Counselling is going on for Medical and Dental Colleges all across India. The registration process began on 28th October, 2020 and all medical and dental aspirants have been eagerly awaiting the results to look out for the next step.
NEET UG 2020 ranks would be considered for this process. In a recent notification by the Medical Counselling Committee, the results of Round 1, which was to be released earlier today, have been delayed. The results will now be declared on 6th November, 2020 after 2 pm.

This year’s National Eligibility Entrance Test NEET-2020 has been nothing short of a tough ride, not just for the students but equally so for the colleges and everyone else involved. After much delays and efforts by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the examination finally took place on 13th September nationwide. An additional exam for Covid affected candidates was also conducted on 14th October 2020.

However, a recent notification by the MCC took all the students and institutes by surprise. As per the notification, the NEET UG 2020 counselling has been delayed by a day. The committee has reported the cause to be some technical issues that have led to this situation. Given the high amount of data and the technicalities involved, this error has been reported by the MCC through a notification.

The mode of the entire process will be online this year owing to corona virus pandemic. The eligible candidates will have to enroll or register online for participating in the counseling procedure.
