- Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced that the JEE Main 2020 will now be held in September. The JEE Main entrance exam will be held from September 1 to 6 and JEE Advanced will be held on September 27.

Candidates who have appeared in JEE Main 2020 and are seeking admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs will have to register themselves for JoSAA 2020 Counselling.
The candidates must fulfill the Eligibility Criteria to fill the JoSAA Registration 2020 form .Candidates who have appeared in JEE Main 2020 and are seeking admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs will have to register themselves for JoSAA 2020 Counselling.
The candidates must fulfill the Eligibility Criteria to fill the JoSAA Registration 2020 form .However, candidates must note that merely participating in JoSAA 2020 Counselling Process does not ensure their seats in IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Only those candidates whose Rank in JEE Main 2020 or JEE Advanced 2020 will lie between the Opening & Closing Ranks, will secure admissions to the respective IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.However, candidates must note that merely participating in JoSAA 2020 Counselling Process does not ensure their seats in IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.
