  • Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced that the JEE Main 2020 will now be held in September. The JEE Main entrance exam will be held from 1st to 6th September 2020.
  • MHRD have announced new schedule for JEE Mains 2020 Exam for July session. According to that new schedule JEE Mains 2020 Exam will be conducted on 18th and 23rd July, 2020.
  • Application form Correction has been extended till 3rd May, 2020.

  • Due to the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, JEE Mains 2020 Exams which was earlier scheduled to be held on 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th April 2020 has been temporarily postponed. We will update you the new Exam date as soon as it is announced.

The topmost rank of the Institute for the particular round is the Opening Rank. In the JoSAA counselling, the Opening Rank is the rank of the candidate eligible for the first seat in a particular course of the respective institute. What is Opening Rank ? Such candidates can still wait for the Subsequent Rounds of Counselling for the allotment of the seats. What is Closing Rank ? The last rank of the candidate eligible for the last seat in a particular course of the respective institute is the Closing Rank. The candidates with ranks lower than the Closing Rank will not get the seat in the particular college for the programme they have applied in the respective counselling round.   • NTA score in Mathematics, followed by
  • NTA score in Physics, followed by
  • NTA score in Chemistry, followed by
  • Candidates with less proportion of negative responses, followed by

  • If the resolution is not possible after this criterion, candidates will be given the same rank.
