- Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced that the JEE Main 2020 will now be held in September. The JEE Main entrance exam will be held from September 1 to 6 and JEE Advanced will be held on September 27.
- MHRD has announced that JEE Advanced 2020 will be held in August. We will update exact dates of the events of JEE Advanced 2020 as soon as they are announced.
- JEE (Mains) 2020 April Examination has been postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak. Thus, JEE (Advanced) 2020, which was scheduled to be held on Sunday, 17th May 2020, is rescheduled on Sunday, 23rd August 2020.

JEE Advanced 2020 will be conducted by the 7 Zonal Coordinating IITs under the guidance of Joint Admission Board
(JAB) 2020. The decision of JAB shall be final in all the matters related to JEE Advanced 2020 and admission to IITs in the session of 2020-21.

- Only the candidates who will qualify JEE Advanced 2020 (Paper I & Paper II) are eligible to appear for AAT.
- B. Arch. program is available at IIT (BHU) Varanasi, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee only.
- Candidates must register online at the JEE(Advanced) 2020 online portal for AAT.
- Separate Admit Cards will not be issued for AAT. The Admit Card issued for JEE Advanced 2020 should be produced as hall ticket along with original photo Identity Proof.
- Candidates should bring their own drawing and colouring aids.
- Candidates securing marks above the cut-off will be declared PASS in the test. There is no separate ranking in the AAT. There is no separate cut-off for students of any category.
- Seats shall be alloted on the basis of categiry-wise All India Rank in JEE Advanced 2020 and candidates passed AAT.
