Our mission is to provide health education and healthcare services through medical academia’s qualified personnel. JMC was formed in December 2003 by a group of social and academic entrepreneurs in the northern rural section of Janakpur city, known as Ramdaiya Bhawadi, with tremendous local support.

It offers healthcare education in collaboration with the Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine and is overseen by the Nepal Medical Council. The Ram Janaki Health Foundation, which is registered under the Nepalese corporation act, is in charge of it. The institution first opened its doors in 2003, with an annual intake of 80 students in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery programmes. In addition to its bachelor’s degree programmes in medicine and surgery, the college also provides nursing courses at a reasonable cost. In the year 2020, Janaki Medical College was granted a Post Graduate programme in Surgery and Emergency Medicine.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Completion of 10^th + 2 education or equivalent with a minimum of 50% in aggregate and not less than 50% in each of the areas of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
From 2019 it is mandatory to pass the NEET exam in order to study in any country abroad .
Students must have finished a regular board or university's 10^th +2 or equivalent.
"O" & "A" Level Certificate ( i.e Marksheet, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate.)
If English is not taken at the 'A' level, at least 50% in English at the 'O' level or equivalent examination is required.
In India, there are no entrance exams such as IELTS or SAT. NEET certification is required.
The student must be at least 17 years old on December 31st of the year in which admission is sought.
