The Indian Technology Institute Goa (IIT Goa) is an autonomous, leading university in engineering and technology in Goa. The new Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Goa started operating from July 2016, as an IIT allocation by the central government to Goa in 2014. Situated in the north of Goa in the village of Ponda, Farmagudi. It was ranked 77th among engineering colleges by the National Research and Information Foundation (NRIF).

  • By Bus : You can also get to IIT Goa by bus. You can take a bus to Ponda and get to IIT Goa by taking a taxi through the bus stand.

The IIT Goa's B.Tech curriculum has recently launched a unique system of long-term internship. During their 7th semester, which Camrun's from mid-May to mid-November, students can engage in demanding internships in industries, academic institutions, or research institutes. Internships like these train our students for jobs in the industry.
